PUPPETS
Puppets (傀儡, Kugutsu) are used as weapons by puppeteers. They are most often humanoid-looking creations, but depending on the creator, they can resemble anything. They are fashioned in a manner that uses every part as a weapon, giving the puppeteer a myriad of ways to manipulate it. Puppets are long-ranged type weapons that can be used offensively, defensively or for supplementary reasons, and are controlled via Chakra Threads. Because of their design, the weak point of any puppet is its joints: if these are blocked by any material, such as Iron Sand, the puppet is rendered incapable of movement. There are two types of puppets: ones made from material such as wood, and Human Puppets.
Performing the Puppet Technique involves emitting chakra threads (チャクラの糸, Chakura no Ito) from a user's fingers to connect to a puppet, with the fingers' movements controlling the puppet's actions. Less experienced users will connect all ten of their fingers to a single puppet, with each finger controlling a specific joint or mechanism. As a user becomes more experienced they require fewer threads to control a single puppet, until finally they can control a puppet using only one thread. With this growing mastery, users also become able to control multiple puppets at a time, ten being the normal limit (one per finger).
CHAKRA COST
Beginner - 7CP (You are limited to using all 10 fingers to manipulate a single puppet)
Intermediate - 6CP (You are still limited to using all 10 fingers for a single puppet)
Advanced - 5 CP (Requires less fingers. You can use two puppets at a time now)
Experienced - 3 CP (You can use one chakra thread for each puppet now, you can control 10 at a time)
Master - 2 CP (Your control is considerable, you are worthy of commanding an army of puppets)
To increase your mastery over puppets, you must train.

Master - 9 Posts
If you want to lessen your chakra consumption, you must train even more.

MODIFICATIONS FOR WOODEN PUPPETS
Modifications will allow you to place various sorts of weapons throughout your puppets. The rank will be a reflection of your skill and knowledge with them.
E-Rank - 1 modification (Beginner)
D-Rank - 2 Modifications (Intermediate)
C-Rank - 3 Modifications (Intermediate)
B-Rank - 4 Modifications (Advanced)
A-Rank - 5 Modifications (Experienced)
S-Rank - 6 Modifications (Master)
HUMAN PUPPETS
Human puppets are considered an S-rank item/techniue and they can be custom created once your character masters puppets. Human puppets can only be created with 3 modifications. Because they are so unique due to the having the flesh of their former selves, they will posses chakra pools of 120 CP. You will be able to create one elemental nature for your puppet if it is an NPC. If you happen to kill another role-player, you can turn them into a puppet. You will have access to five of their abilities.

Puppets will not be counted as weapons, but there will be a limit on how many puppets a user can have. Puppet users can only have a max of 100.
