They have an open circle in the centre, useful for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. Description: Explosive Tags (起爆札, Kibaku Fuda) are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centring around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake explosive tags. They work even under heavy rain. When an explosive tag is detonated remotely, ninja tend to use the "Snake" hand seal.

Description: Flash bombs (光玉, hikaridama) are used for diversions, creating a blinding light when they detonate. They may look like small spheres wrapped in paper with the character 'light' (光, hikari) or, more conventionally, as canisters. In the anime, it was shown that flash bombs can also be used in paper form, similar to explosive tags.

The average-sized scroll is small enough that several can be carried at the same time, either in a flak jacket or in a pouch. Larger scrolls are usually carried on the ninja's back. In addition to writing on scrolls, ninja use them to summon creatures, people, and items, making transportation easier and providing more options when on a mission. When these tags were used, shinobi were stationed above them which indicates that the technique might require maintaining.

Description: Used primarily by Suna-nin, this cloth is a tool used to immobilise an opponent. It can also be used as a medium to seal an opponent by placing a sealing tag on it. The shinobi are also able to freely manipulate the cloth. In the anime, the cloth was used as a means to conceal an escape, as well as defend against attacks. While drenched in water, it proved an efficient tool against Scorch Release ninjutsu.

Description: Fūma Shuriken (風魔手裏剣, Fūma Shuriken) are large, four-bladed projectile weapons possessing pre-eminent sharpness and lethality. This type of shuriken is considered characteristic to the famous Fūma clan, after whom they were named and who possibly developed them. However, their use is not limited to this clan. The most commonly used ones can be collapsed for easy storage, leading to its nickname Shadow Windmill (影風車, Kage Fūsha).

Description: Ninja Info Cards are a type of ninja tool where information can be burned on it by using chakra. The cards look blank to the naked eye with the kanji for "shinobi" (忍) on the back, but when chakra is applied, various categories of data ranging from information about the Five Great Shinobi Countries to the ninja that inhabit them are displayed on the card, even in 3-D. However, only the person who originally burned the data onto the card is able to retrieve it. Players have to the option of selling these cards, but to obtain data from another player, or NPC, you must fight or watch them in battle.

Item Name: Mechanical Drilling Arm
Description: This mechanical drilling arm device is, as its name implies, an arm-mounted weapon. Acting as a gauntlet, the hand of the device consists of a mildly conical-shaped palm with five long fingers. The hand section spins independently of the rest of the gauntlet and can be launched on a long cable before being retracted. It can be used to dig multiple holes, through which a person could dive underground and surprise the opponent. This drilling device was powerful enough to fatally injure any opponent with one single blow. It can also create trenches large enough for a large sail-boat to go through and create a cave in one shot.
