Wanderers

The answer is probably staring at me right in the face, but can wanderers start at higher ranks as well?

Currently the answer to that is no, simply because we need Jonin/Special jonin in multiple villages to lead genin squads. Later on down the line, I don't see a problem with converting your rank to wanderer though.

Alright then. Almost, can we have a character that was accepted into the village and granted a higher rank? Like lets say I make a dude who is a wanderering shinobi. In his history, it explains he came to XXXgakure no sato and joined them, granting him a higher rank due to his capabilities.

Alright then. Also, at the bottom of the character application, it says Character Appearance. Is that for the faceclaim or is that just there just cause?
