Please apply for the Kekkei Genkai you want, but just remember that some releases are exclusive to certain villages. I'd recommended you to keep this in mind that anyone could steal those with several means; one must obtain the targeted flesh and apply it on their own bodies in the manner of how Madara did with Hashirama's body, but not everything will go easy for you and because of that, you cannot hope to just do that and expect it to work. To even achieve this feat medical knowledge on your part would be required, but realistically, you would need a doctor RP wise to perform these types of surgeries. But there is another way besides this, for example, you could find a way to obtain the said chakra in order to use the unique release that would be normally reserved to that person, it would mean that one could find a way to reproduce the chakra of that shinobi's, such as obtaining a tool that could absorb their chakra and store it so it could be used against them. (e.g Kote) to use them.
side note; DO not complain about something that was filled by someone else and you wanted that KKG. There'll be always a chance of an open slot in the future, but no guarantee.
